While I was cleaning, Brody wanted to lay on my bed and play with all his toys. Well, his Eric Carl frog and lizard seem to be his favorite, he was piling his toys on top of himself and curling up with them. The next thing, I look over and he's asleep with his toys nuzzled around him. Recently, I've been noticing Brody is getting more into his toys and wanting to just lay on the bed or carpet and play with them.
Thursday it truly felt like a good summer afternoon, the advantages of my mom being a preschool teacher? She's home for the summer so when I feel the need to run out by the pool, she's there to watch Brody which I'm truly grateful for. Jordan came over and laid with me as we soaked up the sun, and jumped in the pool. Jordan, is such a tard though, oh you don't just open champagne, you let it chill for awhile. I think I'm the brighter crayon in our small box sometimes, haha.
Sometime in the past week or so Jordan and I had ventured on our random Goodwill trips to scope it out. This is what we find, a simply amazing shirt with underware attached to the bottom, whoever would wear this, you have my stamp of approval. I'm being completely and utterly factious.
But, today we went on a bit of an adventure to do some errands. Finding Brody pajamas doesn't seem to be the most easy thing, but he does like his umbrella stroller and Seth enjoys pushing it around and playing with Brody. I think it's the cutest thing, you can tell Brody "Where's daddy?" and he'll immediately look at Seth or start looking around for him. But, Brody ended up getting to pairs of pajamas from Walmart that were on sale for $5, score! Well, my weekend update post being complete, I need to work on my other one, which I'm indefinitely stoked with sharing!
